Part I - Limited Warranty

These After-Sales Policies (these “Policies”) only apply to the products you purchased for personal use from Amflow and its authorized retailers, and are not intended for resale purposes.

These Policies are available in other languages at https://www.amflowbikes.com/support/policy. In the event of a conflict between different translations of these terms, the English version shall prevail.

By using Amflow product, you agree to be bound by these Policies. If you are not eligible or do not agree to any of the Terms, do not use your product.

What is Covered

Under this limited warranty, Amflow warrants that Amflow manufactured product that you purchase will be free from material and workmanship defects under normal use in accordance with Amflow’s published product materials during the warranty period. Amflow’s published product materials include, but not limited to, user manuals, safety guidelines, specifications, in-app notifications, and service communications.

The warranty period for a product starts on the day such product is delivered, if you cannot provide invoice or other valid proof of purchase, then the warranty period will start from 90 days after the shipping date that shows on the product, or as otherwise specified by Amflow.

Warranty Repair Service

We provide warranty repair service for the main parts manufactured by Amflow. You can apply for warranty repair service if the following main parts do not function as warranted during the warranty period. The warranty periods for the main parts of the Amflow product are as follows:

This limited warranty specifically excludes any parts (including but not limited to transmission, brakes, and suspension) not manufactured by Amflow. However, Amflow is authorized by the manufacturer of the Drive System (including drive unit, battery, display, wireless remote, and charger) to provide warranty service in accordance with the warranty policy on the Drive System manufacturer’s official website. The warranty period for the Drive System is 2 years, and the battery is covered for 2 years with up to 500 charge cycles. Other parts are covered directly by the corresponding third-party manufacturer in accordance with their warranty policy.

If Amflow provides free repair service for your product or part, the repaired or replaced part shall inherit the remaining warranty period of the original part.

You can request Warranty Repair Service where:

  • From the date of purchase, the product is used normally in accordance with Amflow’s published product materials within the warranty period and experiences a manufacturing defect.
  • No modifications or installations not in accordance with official instructions or manuals have been performed.
  • A valid proof of purchase, receipt, order number or invoice is provided.

Free Warranty Repair Service will not be provided in any of the following circumstances:

  • Collision or fire damage caused by non-manufacturing factors, including but not limited to, user errors.
  • Damage caused by improper adjustment or installation, as well as the application of coatings and decorations to components, parts, or accessories that are not appropriate or compatible with the product.
  • Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect use, or operation not in accordance with official instructions or manuals.
  • Damage to other parts resulting from improper maintenance not in accordance with official instructions or manuals, or the failure to timely replace easily worn parts.
  • Damage caused by using the product for stunts, jumps, and other hazardous actions, or improper use.
  • Damage caused by riding on abnormal road conditions or traffic accidents.
  • Damage caused by customer self-repair or assembly without official instructions.
  • Damage caused by an unauthorized modification of circuits, mismatch, or misuse of battery and charger.
  • Damage caused by a reliability or compatibility issue due to use of third-party parts unauthenticated by Amflow.
  • Damage caused by over-discharge of the battery due to improper storage.
  • Product labels, serial numbers, or other identification labels show signs of tampering or alteration.
  • Damage caused by corrosion.
  • Labor and shipping charges for part replacement or changeover.
  • Daily wear and tear of easily worn parts. Easily Worn Parts include:Tires, Screws & Nuts, Gaskets & Washers, Bearing, Rubber Stopper, Grips, Cables, Transmission components (Chain, Chainring, Cassette), Fender & Cover Plate, and Saddle Fabrics.

Use of Personal Contact Information and Data

If you obtain service under this policy, you authorize Amflow to store, use, and process your contact information, including name, phone numbers, address, and e-mail address. You agree and understand that it is necessary for Amflow  to collect, process and use your data to perform service under this policy. We may contact you to inquire about your satisfaction with our service or to notify you about any product recalls or safety issues. In achieve these aims, you authorize Amflow to transfer your information to any country where we do business and to provide it to entities acting on our behalf. We may also disclose your information where required by law. Amflow ’s privacy policy is available at https://www.amflowbikes.com/privacy.

Essential Information: 

  • The Warranty Period, Return & Refund Service, Replacement Service and Warranty Repair Service may vary with respect to your product, or the country of purchase.
  • Amflow will troubleshoot your product. If the detected malfunction or defect does not meet the terms or conditions of Amflow’s warranty, we will charge appropriate inspection, replacement part, testing, labor, and shipping fees based on the specific issue.
  • Please be aware that where a product is capable of retaining user-generated data, such data may be lost during the repair process. We therefore recommend that you back up your data prior to any repair.
  • Please do not return severely damaged batteries with broken cores, swelling, leakage, or similar issues. If such batteries are returned, we will dispose of them and will not accept the return.
  • Global warranty is not available for Amflow products.
  • As we cannot indefinitely retain inventory, there may be instances where it becomes necessary to replace parts with subsequent models. However, we are committed to ensuring that the products provided are as similar as possible to the original.

Limitation of Liability

When receiving service, Amflow is responsible for loss or damage to your product only while it is in Amflow 's possession or in transit, if Amflow is responsible for transportation.

Amflow is not responsible for loss or disclosure of any data, including confidential information, proprietary information, or personal information, contained in a product.

Under no circumstances, and notwithstanding the failure of essential purpose of any remedy set forth herein, shall Amflow, its affiliates, suppliers, resellers, or service providers be liable for any of the following even if informed of their possibility and regardless of whether the claim is based in contract, warranty, negligence, strict liability or other theory of liability:

  • Third party claims against you for damages.
  • Loss, damage or disclosure of your data.
  • Special, incidental, punitive, indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings. In no case shall the total liability of Amflow, its affiliates, suppliers, resellers, or service providers for damages from any cause exceed the amount of actual direct damages, not to exceed the amount paid for the product.

The foregoing limitation does not apply to damages for death or bodily injury for which Amflow is liable under law.

As some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Your Other Rights

The Warranty, Return & Refund, and Replacement policies provide you with extra and specific legal rights. You may have other rights according to the applicable laws of your state or jurisdiction. You may also have other rights under a written agreement with Amflow. Nothing in this Warranty affects your statutory rights, including rights of consumers under laws or regulations governing the sale of consumer products that cannot be waived or limited by agreement.

Crash Replacement Policy

Our aim is to guarantee worry-free riding for you. Throughout the warranty period for the Amflow carbon frame, if you damage your frame by accident and it's not covered under warranty, we can offer a discounted replacement service once to the original owner. The specific discount shall be determined by Amflow at the time of service.
